As of March will be added to the curriculum. Training is now on three days per week. The additional date is Friday. 19 Xingyi Quan clock, 20.30 clock Bagua Zhang. Beginners are always Welcome Welcome!

Since 10 January 2011 forward Carsten Stausberg the Taiji and Qigong courses Neptunbad in Cologne Ehrenfeld. Participation is free for members of the Neptunbad, the entry at any time!
